IMPORTANT UPDATE: Food Distribution is no longer available at the church location and effective Wednesday, April 24 we will distribute food at HOPE SERVICES (formerly known as the Friendly Place located at Pawai Pl) on Wednesday's (except the 3rd Wednesday of every month) from 9am to 10am. The FOOD PANTRY ministry is Mokuaikaua's response to the poor & needy families and individuals who live in our community.  Each Tuesday we pick up food items from the Hawaii Island Food Basket and our group of volunteers sort & make family boxes of food as well as food bags for individuals.  Currently, we're servicing anywhere between 230 - 260 people each week.  We praise God for all who help in this ministry and all who are able to donate food items to this feeding program for our local people.
